Disclaimer
Please read this carefully. It explains what Moodfig is — and just as importantly, what it is not.
What Moodfig is
Moodfig is a set of free self-tracking and emotional self-check tools. They help you record and reflect on your own mood, stress, sleep, and daily patterns over time. Your responses are processed locally in your browser and are not stored on our servers.
Not medical advice
The tools and articles on this site are for personal reflection and education only. They do not constitute medical advice, and they do not screen for, diagnose, treat, cure, or relieve any condition. Nothing here should be used as a substitute for the judgment of a licensed mental health or medical professional.
If you have questions about your health, or about anything you notice while using these tools, please talk with a qualified professional. Never disregard professional guidance or delay seeking it because of something you read or calculated on this site.
Self-tracking, not screening
Some tools are adapted from published questionnaires (for example GAD-7, PHQ-9, PSS-10, WHO-5, DASS-21, and the Maslach Burnout Inventory). We name the original instrument and its authors on each tool page for transparency. Moodfig is an independent educational publisher and is not affiliated with those authors or publishers, and our adaptations are simplified for self-reflection — they are not the full clinical instruments.
Accuracy and limits
Results depend on your honest, accurate self-report and on how you feel on the day. They are a snapshot, not a trend, and may be affected by your mood, your understanding of the questions, and temporary circumstances. Interpret any result as a general reference, not a definitive assessment.
If you need help
If you are in crisis, thinking about harming yourself, or worried about someone else, please reach out now: in the US, call or text 988 for the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline, or text HOME to 741741 for the Crisis Text Line. You can also visit our Mental Health Help (US) page for confidential support lines and guidance on finding a licensed professional.
Your responsibility
By using Moodfig you acknowledge these limits and accept responsibility for how you use the information provided. If you have any concern about your wellbeing, please consult a professional.
